Yo.
I'M RAYCHEL VALINT. THAT'S V AS IN VECTOR.

I spent my childhood sketching, drawing up drafts for my classroom's field day t-shirt, and directing artistic photo shoots with my sisters. At 12 years old, I taught myself Photoshop 3.0, designed my first website, (dedicated to my and my sister's developing singing career), and penned a 30-page PowerPoint presentation worshiping my favorite boy band (yes, it was Hanson) -- my parents thought I was a computer genius! In highschool, I was enrolled in an elite art academy where I learned digital photography, and was even recognized for excellence in Sports/Photo Journalism. After an intense year of learning the basics of digital photography and helping to create a classroom magazine, I decided to wholeheartedly join this endeavor called Graphic Design. I now have my bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Marymount University (Arlington, Virginia). In my 8+ years as a creative professional I have worked in television interface design, print design, retail design, web design, video design, and photo-shoot direction and am currently Associate Creative Director at a Boston area Non-profit.

I am currently accepting freelance projects as well as professional prospects! In addition to my always fresh designs, I have a sparkling personality that usually warrants some good stories to share around the dinner table. Well versed in Adobe Creative Suite (currently Adobe Creative Cloud), I love staying current on the latest trends and tricks to deliver the best designs. But when I do find a spare moment, I like to chill with my super--cute perma--kitten: Fanny. I also play rugby, soccer , and teach swimming lessons!
